Bijay Dali
ACCA-qualified accountant helping small and medium-sized businesses stay compliant, understand their numbers, and make confident decisions.
Practical accountancy, shaped by real business experience.
With over 15 years of experience in accountancy and finance, I work closely with small and medium-sized businesses to give them clear, practical support with their numbers. I have worked within multinational companies and in public practice, which has given me a strong understanding of how real businesses operate day to day and what they need from an accountant who is on their side.
Today, I focus on helping clients in the construction industry and import and export businesses with accounts, tax and compliance, always aiming to keep things simple, proactive and easy to understand. I started the practice independently in 2023, moved into my own office in 2026, and continue to grow a portfolio of clients who value personal service. Outside of work, I am an artist specialising in charcoal figurative drawing, and I enjoy travelling and gardening, which help me bring creativity, balance and fresh thinking into the way I support my clients.
Built step by step, with every client relationship treated personally.
Dali & Co grew from a part-time practice at home into a dedicated office in Harrow. That personal journey is still how the firm works: careful, practical, and close to the businesses it supports.
The spare-room start
Bijay started the practice part-time from home while building experience elsewhere. The early clients came through practical advice, quick replies, and one simple promise: be useful before the deadline arrives.
A dedicated office in Harrow
With a growing client base, Dali & Co moved into its Harrow office and became a full-time practice. The office gave the firm room to support more ambitious businesses while keeping the personal feel that started everything.
What comes next
The next chapter is still taking shape. As the firm grows, new milestones will appear here with the same careful, personal approach that started everything.
